We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway and The Personalised Wedding Boutique do not hold any card payment details.
All of our beautiful items are personalised and finished by hand, so please allow up to 21 days before dispatch. If you need your items urgently, please contact us and we will endeavour to get them to you within your own timeframe.
UK Delivery - We use the myHermes courier service and they aim to deliver within 1-2 business days of dispatch.
P&P is calculated at checkout based on size and weight of order.
International Delivery - Please contact us before placing an order for international dispatch and we can work out a delivery price for you.
Because of the personalised made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations if the design/production process has already started.
We accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged and as such will offer a refund.
Correct spellings are the responsibility of the customer and as such, returns & refunds will only be accepted & given if it was a mis-spelling on our part. If the customer has made a mistake, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
Any errors made by us will be corrected free of charge and return postage costs re-imbursed.
Any damage or defect must be reposted within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the client.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
